Guidelines

These are our guild/community guidelines by joining the guild or joining the Zetsumei Gaming Hub discord as an ally you're automatically expected to abide by the following rules.

*For allies in Discord ONLY and not a member of the guild in game follow the text in Gold. For members of in game guild, ALL apply.

- If you choose to Buy/Sell Gold/NX you do so at your own discretion. 

(This doesn't result in any punishment from us, but Nexon on the other hand...)

- Do not steal from the guild bank...

(If you return the stolen items within 24 hours, you will avoid a kicking.)

- Do not be a jerk/rude to others...

(Pending investigation you could be warned depending on the severity.)

- Do not gatekeep members or promote elitism

(Cases of gatekeeping and elitism will be investigated and will result in a warning.)

- Do not goad or instigate altercations within the guild or community.

(Pending investigation results you could be warned.)

- Do not spam guild chat/the discord chats with gifs. 

(This will be handled on a case-by-case basis if complaints are given.)

- Do not use our Discord as a place to purchase/buy NX, please keep it to a DM.

(This will be handled on a case-by-case basis if complaints are given.)

- Do not trauma-dump the public chats...

(Example here, guild chat, general chat in the discord, my DM's are open though if you want to talk about something you're dealing with, if complaints are given this will be handled on a case-by-case basis.)

REGARDING "NSFW" CONTENT

- Our current Policy/Ruling on NSFW content in the Zetsumei Gaming Hub...

• No Nude screenshots/photos

• No Gore/Traumatic content

• No Hentai of any sort...

• No Offensive/derogatory memes

- Exceptions and allowances to these are...

• "Artistic nudity" would be allowed in the #artist-alley channel but it will need to be spoiler tagged.

•  Swearing/explicit language is -still- fine.

•  Screenshots of AC outfits in the #character-selfies or #colhenchat  channels would -still- be allowed.

•  AC+ screenshots would -still- need to be spoiler tagged.

•  Breaking this rule would be handled on a case-by-case basis.

• This update will likely be located under **Section 1A** of the Community guidelines located in the err... #community-guidelines channel.

- Hacking, we have a zero tolerance for...if you are proven to have hacked the game or hacked one of our members or our discord community you will be kicked and reported to Nexon.

- Exploits, we do not like the use of exploits that only provide self-gain (Think the old Kai nuke exploit or Miri exploit) however bugs that benefit the team without altering DPS/game play in raids are fine, exploits will be handled on a case-by-case basis if complaints/evidence are given to me or the admin/mod team.

- Seriously...don't steal from the guild bank...

(If you DO NOT return items to the bank in the 24 hour period you will be kicked.)

- We have a zero tolerance policy for any sort of prejudice...

(If proven this will be answered with a kick.)

- We do not tolerate scamming in our guild/community.

(If you scam your fellow members or others outside the community and it's proven you will be kicked.)

- We have a zero tolerance policy towards any sort of "Phobic" behavior 

(This will be met with a kick if proven.)

- Please remember the "Give and Take" policy we adopt here in the Zetsumei community.

(If you take something from the bank, leave something behind, or keep your fellow members in mind when you take from the guild bank.)

- Do not use material donations to level your crafting expertise unless you leave equal donation in return, otherwise go farm.

- Be active. login once monthly at the least, if you're 60+ plus days inactive you're likely to be kicked from the guild. (You're welcome to return no questions, ask as long as you leave a note with your application saying "Past member" or something along those lines.)

(Note: If your alt is 100+ days inactive they'll be removed, so please remove alts you don't wish to play.)

- Be a family, Zetsumei is a family based community first, remember there is a human being on the other side of every computer, help others when they request help if you're able either in-game or in the discord here.

- Be inclusive, do not clique off into your own preferred groups, we encourage you to ask others if they would like to join on your daily activities if you have space or will

have space.

(This includes raids, if a member cannot make the reqs for QB, make it a CB or non-QB...adapt.)

- Be acceptive, the Zetsumei community is a safe space where you are not judged/seen as different for "any" reason, have respect and be acceptive of all your fellow community members.

- Be aware, we in Zetsumei do not promote RMT in our community but we do not disallow it outside of our community (DMs) however by engaging in RMT you accept any and all possible consequences.

- Be informed, in Zetsumei we have a 1 main 3 alts policy so 4 characters total.

- Be civil, while political subjects effect us ALL in many ways this is a community based around an MMO not your local or world news sources, if you'd like to discuss political topics please take it to a DM.

- If you're kicked from Zetsumei for any reason you're entitled to ONE appeal with us.

(Myself and the admin/mod team will investigate your case again as soon as we're able.)

- Here's a rough breakdown of how we handle investigations here in the Zetsumei community.

[Minor/moderate infractions] (After Discussing things/investigation period) = A Strike on your record with Zetsumei, we have a 3 strike system as stated above. 

[Severe] (After a discussion/investigation period) = A kick

(Evidence outside the server or in DM's would only be taken in the case of a Severe infraction.)

(No resolution is ever made without a proper investigation/review of any and all evidence and a proper discussion amongst the admin and or mod teams.)

(Examples of Severe infractions)

• Making death threats...

• Making racist or bigotted statements...

       (This includes using derogatory/racially charged terms to speak about yourself or friends, even if they are ok with it.)

• Doxxing members...

(Statue of limitations regarding reports)

• Evidence older than 2 years old will not be taken into consideration.

• Evidence collected from members that are no longer in the Zetsumei guild/Zetsumei community discord will be deleted/destroyed.
